I don't know if any of the European Doctor Who fans on my FL have noticed, but Captain Jack (or at least the actor who plays him!) is in the ITV programme 'Dancing on Ice' (Like 'Strictly Come Dancing' on ice). And he is very, very good. If I was a betting wombat I'd have me a fiver on him to win.

That is an incredibly clumsy sentence.
If it was him he had one of the funniest songs and one that was in the original movie, 'Springtime for Hitler'.
Take care of the thumb and cat.

Cat has gone upstairs to help the daughter with her studying - he does this by either lying on her bed (fine) or by attempigt to lie on the paper she is writing on, or the keyboard if she is using her computer! The length of time since he went upstairs, without him arriving back again accompanied by the sound of a closing door, implies today it is the bed option.
(PS - I am doing a little Xander fill-in piece from between 'News From Heaven' and 'Ten Years After' just now - your comment set me off on it.)

Wonderful to read about your Xander story. S2C's latest shows a marvelous understanding for how the charater might have matured if given a chance coupled with distance from the Slayer.
Have fun writing.
