I was too polite to comment there - but sat and sniggered for a couple of minutes.

I'm guessing it is a bit like a think tank, but harder to convince.

Oh dear, that sounds awful! There are some old trailer courts in our neighborhood, and there are leach fields for their septic tanks, the thought of it always freaks me out.
