D-d has one, bought as an early-bird, but is not now going. She thought she had sold it, but has just got an e-mail from her buyer to say there he has a problem and he isn't buying it after all. It doesn't help that the bands there are mostly bands favored by the under-40 crowd, and it's people in their 20s and 30s that are just out of school and have to end up moving back in with the parents that seem to be the biggest unemployed/underemployed group. Of course there are plenty of people only a few years away from retiring who got cut from the office as well...
