curiouswombatThis a short happy entry. Daughter-dear has now received an offer of a place to study history at York University - her favourite one. She is extremely happy about this, as you can imagine! She now has offers from 2 of the top ten UK universities in her subject.
She will need to achieve 2A's and a B at A level - but she feels that she is capable of this, as long as she works hard - so York here she comes!
Mmm - although if St.Andrew's offers her a place there is a chance she may change her mind and go there instead!
