I went in on Friday and safety-pinned all the sheep to the curtains behind the Sanctuary, then on Saturday to re-stick the pins on the backs of any that had fallen down. So they were all in place before even the first member of the congregation arrived. It would have been fun to see how long it took them to notice the sheep...
