Travelling.
6 Oct 2008 10:09 pmThe final chapter of Return of the Key is not ready yet - it is a couple of thousand words long - but I am about to go away for the rest of the week.
Daughter-dear and I have been busy packing. We will be on the boat tomorrow by 8am, and in York before 4pm. Then we have Tuesday evening and Wednesday to get her all sorted out for the academic year before I head up to the Scottish coast to have a few days in this lovely B&B in the company of my friend D from Skye.
D and I will both have a very early start on Sunday morning - I will have a five or more hour drive down to the boat home, and D is heading to visit a friend in London.
I may well be online over the next few days, and I will hopefully get that chapter finished either before I come home, or very soon after - so I think it likely that I will post it next Monday - the 13th.
