Wedding Anniversary.
26 Apr 2006 10:41 pmIt is twenty years ago today since the disaster at Chernobyl. S2C and I always remember this event - because we watched the story unfold in breaks from the festivities for our wedding! Twenty years seems a very long time - I don't feel twenty years older than I did - but on the other hand it is hard to imagine life before we met, he seems to have always been a part of me.
Amazingly I managed to get S2C away from his computer for almost three hours! We celebrated with a meal in our favourite Chinese restaurant - it is just at the bottom of this photo, looking out over the bay.
( click for the pic. )So as you can imagine it has a wonderful view to enjoy whilst you eat, and the food is excellent, so I am well stuffed - I don't think we'll be doing any dancing tonight!
