So last night I was caught in the middle between a hurt husband, and an occasionally weepy daughter.
I can see both of their points, and I can agree with both of them to some extent.
( Communication difficulties! )
By this evening they were back to exchanging terrible quips and puns over their pizza – because of course, when they actually do listen to each other, they are quite alike, and do share the same sense of humour.
And now I think should I have bothered to try and explain each other’s point of view to them, or should I just have left him in his usual haze of not knowing, and her to sulk?
