I think it maybe an American thing - I found pictures of quite a few like this. But if poor Sammywol has still got the up-chucks of infanticipation she might have found the genuine chocolate version a bit much.

Although I guess her friends would have been willing to help.....

Thanks for being so tender of my ickness. Thats a cool cake! Although, due to my lazy brain not looking closely enough, I did start to worry about getting icing out of plushy toys. D'oh!
