I love the practicality of it - you drink and drive we will confiscate your car. But then we will do something useful with it!

It's neat - a punishment for the drunk drivers, a way to provide something useful to Ukraine - and a two-fingered gesture in Putin's direction at the same time!

Isn't a neat way of punishing offenders but using the proceeds in an interesting and useful way!

That was the impression I got from the article, too. I can see a regular transporter full arriving in Ukraine at least once a month!
