Haldir is not going to be in this one - but he is very much at the centre of the next full-length epic - which has a story line, and snatches on the hard-drive, but this needed writing first.

Because you are so right - there is sadness here - they are immigrants without the option of 'the next boat home'. There is a sense of being in limbo and they are having to make a lot of adjustments - and, perhaps, the youngest adapt most easily to new surroundings, and even to having new family members.
