I think I need an even fatter wombat picture than usual tonight! This is a very stuffed wombat. Stuffed with pancakes.
When I was a child we all used to go home from school at lunch time for our pancakes, and then when we got back it would be a competition to see who had eaten the most. Well Daughter-dear and I have just dined on pancakes - nothing else, just pancakes. I had six! Four with lime juice and sugar, and two with maple syrup. How stuffed is that?
D-d likes hers with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce - not sure what my Granny would have thought of that - after all I think that she would have thought my lime juice instead of traditional lemon to be rather avant-garde!
